Ask Not
Judicial philosophy does not anchor someone on the Court- it's faith, conviction, character in whatever religion he has. SCOTUS Justices are largely insulated from the public unlike politicians who are driven by their constituents' whims. Time on the Court reveals the true character of the Justice. If anyone has credible empirical data suggesting that someone's Ivy pedigree and judicial experience ensures future performance, Monday morning 9AM I will escort you to the White House for our new gig (ala Ben Affleck- "Good Will Hunting")
To those questioning the difference between this President and a Democrat, sorry I just don't have it in me to convince you of the dangers of President Hillary. You ask too much of me- God Himself doesn't argue foolishness. However, here are some things to thank God and GWB for in your prayers tonight (to murmurers whom want to take us back to Egypt, please provide Gatorade for our stroll thru the desert)
- No BJ's (you asked for it) in the Oral Office while terrorist Yasser Arafat, the most frequent guest of the White House, led the global timeless march on Jerusalem.
- 21 Friggin' Days to Baghdad- Saddam Hussein in a spider hole with Ted Kaczinski's beard- don't imagine the 100's of thousands he killed can tell the difference between Bush & Clinton either
- De-funding of international abortion on first day of office.
- Advocating "Intelligent Design" education in public schools from the Rose Garden while your pastor and mine don't have the gonads to in church- Proudly nominated an Evangelical Christian (ONLY thing known about this person!!) to the highest court in the land (and Christians crucify him for it without having any knowledge) while making public Christianity non-taboo- Why am I wasting my time?!?
- Flies back to D.C. at great political risk for sole purpose of signing emergency legislation for one girl being dehydrated to death by insane judges he inherited. Sues to stop doctor assisted homicide. Yeah, Clinton would have done that too...

Only the Enlightened Elite
Around the time of Christ, His religious critics accused Him of not knowing the Law or having the credentials. He had not attended the Jewish Harvard or Yale. He had not been a sitting judge, so how could He possibly have a sound judicial philosophy. He had no pedigree (that they knew of)- He was illegitimate.
Around the time of Martin Luther, the Catholic Church insisted that only educated scholars were capable of understanding the infinitely complex bible. Positioning to keep authority vested in themselves, they scoffed at the idea of ordinary laymen presuming to understand God's written Word. Behind their desire to maintain the integrity of doctrine was a self-serving, arrogant bigotry against the "un-Enlightened," uneducated slovenly masses whom were doomed to ignorant darkness by their enlightened religious leaders.
Even my political hero, Rush Limbaugh, criticized the Miers nomination on the grounds that the study of the Constitution is a rigorous science and she obviously could not possibly have mastered it. George Will says of President Bush, "He has neither the inclination nor the ability to make sophisticated judgments about competing approaches to construing the Constitution." With all the disgust I can muster, holy arrogant snobbery! George Will is of course brilliant, but it requires someone with his level of wit to miss the arrogant blindness of what he's saying. The only true responsibility of a Supreme Court Justice is to juxtapose the Constitution to the case in front of them regardless of what Joseph Biden says. It's very simple, as my crony John Rabe says, there either IS a right to be found in the Constitution or there is NOT. It requires "legal talent" to get OJ off the hook for obviously slaughtering two people. It does not require extraordinary "legal talent" to read the Constitution and answer yes or no. The same people who will correctly warn us against a tyrannical Judiciary, will reject someone unless they are of an elite, over-educated class. 1Cr 8:1 ...we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up...

Absolute Moral Cowardice in Our Time
One man calls for the assassination of a tyrant instead of a potential $200+ Billion war as he ushers Marxism/Islam into our Western Hemisphere. World implodes on this allegedly meaningless pitiful character whose soundbite steals the world's focus for the day. Any other Christian leaders support him? Any other Christian leaders support his at least possibly-intelligent statement? Not one??? Any others in the world verbally support his right to say it? No, Christian leaders line-up to take shots at him- Repent! Am I living on another planet? Did we not just invade another country for a third of a trillion dollars, mostly all of which might have been avoided by assassinating Saddam and his sons? Did you not smile in satisfaction when you learned Uday and Qusay were dead? If you didn't, what is wrong with you? Did you/do you not only reluctantly support the required occupation to attempt to establish the new Iraq to our liking?
This is not about Pat Robertson (fine if it was though- it's his brilliantly courageous idea which after being actively opposed by church and world alike, has now backed away from- masterfully, his mission is still accomplished.) This is about how or why the "world" has convinced you to be competely irrational, all the while they blame you for its problems. All the while they complain about the expense of the Iraq war. All the while they lie to convince you that Saddam was no threat- not to the 600,000 that he already slaughtered or Kuwait that he invaded or to his own people he gased? Will you still jump through their hoops for their approval instead of embracing obvious truth? I hope you feel like occupying every terrorist-supporting, nuclear-armed country on the planet in the not-too-distant future when ballistic nukes are a dime-a-dozen, miniaturized, and highly-portable. Because now that assassination as a tactic has been cast-off the table for political correctness (cowardice), that's about the only option left.
Of course one bullet is better than carpet-bombing innocent civilians. Christians want a "Christian argument?" Jhn 11:50 "...it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not." Think this is a bad biblical reference to support my argument? God didn't!

Get Religion out of Public Schools!!!
Billions and billions of years ago, before time, space and matter, that nothingness exploded into everything once and for all never to be observed again. Through eons, this scattered matter began to coagulate on its own. Accidentally, one atom bonded to another, one molecule to another forming complex chains that scientists with PhD’s today, cannot synthesize in a laboratory. Then when the cosmos’ time was right and the stars aligned, having complexity far surpassing the Pentium 4 and the Space Shuttle, in a physical realm governed by the 2nd Law of Thermodynamic decay, the immaculate conception of a single cell all by random chance… And it was good.
This First Cell whose irreducible complexity still vexes scientists unable to produce one today, mysteriously came with a reproduction system in place- no natural explanation. Inconsistent with standard Darwinian ideology which necessitates a “need”, the reproduction system simply began in a Genesis without any apparent “need”- the cell just knew that it needed to reproduce or it would die without a family and this made the cell sad. So Nature said, “Let the cell reproduce after its own kind.” And it was good.
The cell went forth and multiplied creating more and more cells and they grew in harmony together. But one day an arrogant cell was born. He did not want to be like the other cells all going in one direction conforming to Nature’s genetic map. He acted as though he had divine purpose and began to specialize on his own. He convinced his offspring to reproduce after his kind. The First Organ was very confused as its rebellious cells were acting on their own. He knew that if he completed his evolution but the heart which was evolving right next to him did not complete its process, it was all for naught…. But it was good. Many other organs were being born just like the First Organ and their cells were specializing on their own until the Holy Day when all the organs had completed their births at the exact same time in the seemingly infinite time and space of the Universe. As if almost by design, the organs fit together and worked together for the new machine known as a humanoid- incredibly intelligent enough to ponder its own existence without any intelligence required in its evolution- the first and only machine to not require design.
Just as the First Humanoid began to notice his especially sensitive organ near his waist he turned around and beheld the greatest coincidence of all. In the seemingly infinite time and space of the Universe, another similar machine had defied the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics (upon which all of science rests) every nanosecond of the uphill climb- and she was hot! After a bit of exploration, they noticed that their organs conveniently fit together in a somewhat pleasing way. What a cosmic curse it would have been if two males had coincidentally evolved together, or if the male and female had been separated by merely a few miles unable to find each other, or if the female evolved a few billion years before the male… For no scientific reason at all, nine months after the two machines rubbed themselves together, a smaller machine was magically begotten. Again, no scientific need existed for the reproduction systems to have evolved co-dependently in the male and female- in fact the reproductive system was a drag on the rest of the body and should have been jettisoned. But it was good.
No intelligence required, just the God of Evolution in which the strong are justified in consuming the weak for the good of the master race. Some liberal Evolutionists don’t believe in the actual resurrection of the First Cell. These unorthodox Evolutionists consider themselves far superior ideologically to the fundamentalists. They believe a good god created chimpanzees which killed and ate the weakest amongst themselves so that the strong might evolve to the top- primarily themselves. Ridiculous to believe one man rose from the dead- ingenious to believe the entire Universe rose from the dead. (P.S. “Universe” means “one word” as in the Word spoken by God)
